📝Ingredients:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half to make 4 cutlets)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Half cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Half cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  1. Season the chicken

Sprinkle chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
